How many people can stay?
The property comfortably hosts groups of varying sizes across in-house bunk rooms, on-site camping, and nearby Airbnbs. Tell us your headcount when you inquire and we'll walk you through the best setup for your crew.
What's the minimum stay and how do rates work?
We typically book by the weekend or multi-night block rather than single nights. Rates depend on group size, dates, and which spaces you use — reach out with your details and we'll send a custom quote.
Do we really get the whole place to ourselves?
Yes. It's a private 10-acre property with no neighbors in earshot — that's why there are no noise complaints and the stages can run 24/7. Your group has exclusive run of the house, stages, pool, and grounds.
Is the music gear really included?
Both stages come fully backlined — PA, drums, keys, guitars, bass, mics, and percussion are ready to play. Just bring your instrument of choice (and any boutique pedals you can't live without). Ask for the full spec sheet.
What about the pool, sauna, and cold plunge?
The heated hillside pool, hot tub, dry sauna, cold plunge, and outdoor shower are all included with your stay. Bring swimsuits, towels, and slip-on shoes for moving between the house and spa.
